I am thrilled to reveal that my painting “Not a Penny More” has been selected for the National Open Art Exhibition 2017!

The portrait will be displayed in the heart of London’s South Bank at Bargehouse, Oxo Tower Wharf from the 17th – 26th November 2017.

As explained in my last news update, the portrait features a football supporting friend and was painted entirely from life via the sight-size method over the course of a number of sittings in my studio.

I’ll be sharing further information about the painting and the exhibition over the coming weeks so please sign up to my newsletter or give me a follow on social media if you’ve not already done so.

I am over the moon that my work will be displayed in such a prestigious national exhibition.

I’d like to thank the NOA for this brilliant opportunity and thank all of my family, friends, fellow artists, clients and, of course, fellow Blackpool fans for all of the amazing support that they have shown so far. Fingers crossed for the final awards judging!
